The anti-aging juice


Several factors allow free radicals damaging our skin. Excessive stress, an unbalanced diet, beauty care, household products, all of these deplete our immune defenses.

Remember to introduce antioxidant-rich foods like strawberries to combat the effects of aging. A cup of strawberries provides 150% daily allowance of vitamin C.

Consumption of foods rich in antioxidants such as strawberry (loaded in flavonols, terpenoids, anthocyanins, ellagitannins and phenolic acids) helps fight free radicals and reducing cellular aging. Eat it 3-5 times a week for a cup a day. Here is the recipe for a tasty juice.


2 cups of organic strawberries
3 glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ coconut flesh glass
¼ glass basil leaves or mint
¼ coconut water glass

Mix everything in a blender and enjoy the benefits of this juice.
