3 juices for weight loss

If you want to lose weight, these juices will help you reach your goal. They will satisfy your appetite while blocking any sensation of hunger. They will control the level blood sugar due to their fiber content and natural carbohydrates.

Three juices for weight loss :

1 – banana and kiwi juice :

4 kiwis, peeled if they are not organic and with skin if they are biological,

3 very ripe bananas,

1 cup of spinach,

2 Mejhoul dates,

1 coconut glass of water.

2 – Strawberry and Banana Juice :

2 cups of organic strawberries,

3 very ripe bananas,

1 cup of spinach or other green vegetable of your choice,

2 Mejhoul dates,

1 coconut glass of water.

3 – Juice of banana, fig and date :

3 very ripe bananas,

5 Mejhoul dates,

5 fresh or dried and soaked figs,

1 coconut glass of water,

½ vanilla pod.
